Not motivated? Not a problem. You need just enough initiative to drag yourself to the gym door and they take over from there. No more wandering aimlessly around the gym trying to decide what you should do next. Just look at the board to see what routine you’ll be doing. No more spying at others through the corner of your eye to see how it’s done. The trainers will show you exactly how to execute each exercise in excruciating detail. If you’re not strong enough at first, they’ll teach you modified moves until you build your strength. If you have a bad back or bum knee, they’ll show you alternate moves you can do during the routine, and then show you exercises to do afterward to strengthen the muscles around your problem areas. No more dragging around a clipboard to take notes and track your progress. You’ll measure your progress by the time it takes your body to recover from each visit. And you’ll see immediate results. While strength and stamina build gradually, you will notice that after your second visit, your body aches will disappear twice as quickly. From there you can build at your own pace. Start with 2 or 3 times a week, and within a month you’ll feel stronger, but more importantly, you’ll find that you have more energy throughout the day.
It’s rewarding, addictive, and fun. You owe it to yourself to give it a try, and you don’t have to join or sign up. Just call and schedule a single visit. No matter what your age or fitness level, they can custom fit the routine to your level of ability. The trainers are not what you would expect, but easygoing and friendly. You’ll feel any self-consciousness disappear in the first five minutes. It’s not just the benefit that keeps me coming back, but the atmosphere and encouragement that come from the staff and the group that I work out with.
At 49 years old, I’m in better shape than I’ve ever been in my life. After 9 months, I’m going 5-6 days a week, something I never thought I would ever be capable of or willing to do. My first visit came from a gift certificate that I got for Christmas. I know what I’m getting my friends this Christmas. Not just something that they can use once, something that can change their life forever. How many gifts have you given or received that can do that?
